WHO AM I?

Hi, my name is Dylan.

I am founder of bravo body & mind.

My mission is to help people live healthier, happier lives without restrictions!

This is my story.

I was 69kg, 6ft 4 teenager who really struggled with feeling good in his body.

This led me to get into resistance training which transformed my life.

I wanted to show others training can transform their life as well, which took me on the path to become a personal trainer.

I have now been a personal trainer for 4 years and

still currently do some in-person training.

I enjoy helping people lose weight, build muscle/strength, tone up and improve their mindset.

There is nothing more rewarding than helping people become happier and healthier!

This is a picture of a group walk which locals can join once a month.
